Free marketing calculators

Thirteen metric calculators that take every channel at once, not two boxes.

Most marketing calculators divide two numbers and forget you. These take a row per channel, placement or period, so you see each one alongside the correctly weighted total — the number that survives when platforms disagree about who gets credit.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and no page asks for an email. Each one also shows the SQL that computes the same metric from your live ad accounts, because a number you retype every month is a number that goes stale.

Why a row per channel

Add up the revenue Google Ads, Meta and TikTok each claim and you get more revenue than your bank has. Each platform counts the buyers it believes it influenced, and a buyer who saw three ads gets counted three times. A calculator with one spend box and one revenue box cannot show you that; one with a row per channel and a blended total can.

The same applies to rates. Weighted click-through rate across placements is total clicks over total impressions, never the average of the per-placement rates — averaging percentages lets one high-volume placement with a bad rate hide behind two small good ones.

From a typed number to a standing query

A calculator answers a question once. TableBI connects Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Search Console into one table your own Claude Code can query in SQL, with these same metrics as macros — roas(), ctr(), cpc(), cpa(), aov() — and pins any answer to a live dashboard URL that refreshes itself.

More on the metrics themselves is on the TableBI blog — including blended ROAS across Google Ads, Meta and GA4.
