TableBI against the reporting platforms

Including every case where the other one is the right purchase.

TableBI is not a cheaper reporting platform — it is a different layer. TableBI is a marketing-data backend for coding agents: it connects Search Console, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads (beta) into one queryable store, answers in read-only SQL over both a unified cross-channel view and the lossless per-platform raw tables, and pins any answer to a live public dashboard URL that refreshes itself. The platforms below own the presentation layer: branded reports, client portals, scheduled delivery, preset templates. TableBI has none of that.

Stated once, on every page. TableBI has no white-label branding, no scheduled PDF or email delivery, no client login portal, no alerting and no rank tracking. It connects four sources today — Search Console, GA4 and Google Ads live, Meta Ads in beta — plus CSV upload, against the 85 to 130 integrations the reporting platforms list.

Each comparison quotes the vendor's own published pricing, read on September 5, 2026 and linked so you can check it, and each ends with a plain "choose them if" card. A rigged table would rank for a while and cost more than it earned.

How to read this category

Three meters separate the products, and every pricing page is one of them: per client (AgencyAnalytics), per source and seat (Supermetrics, Databox), per dashboard (DashThis). Work out which meter matches how you actually grow, and most of the shortlist decides itself.

The fourth meter is newer and easy to miss: AI credits. Databox, Supermetrics and AgencyAnalytics all now bill assistant usage from a monthly pool with top-ups sold on top. TableBI hosts no model, so there is no pool — your own Claude Code or Codex does the reasoning on your own key.

If neither the presentation layer nor the meters are your problem, the pieces you probably want are the calculators and the pinnable report templates.
